We are seeking a Project Architect to join our dynamic studio that designs and delivers premium retail interiors and architecture for luxury fashion brands across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the current project portfolio, translating hand‑drawn concepts into detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Work closely with architects, architectural technologists, project managers and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and all relevant coding standards.
- Attend onsite site meetings, review construction progress and provide design support as needed.
- Collaborate with the central London office team (5 days per week).
Requirements:
- UK‑based experience in architecture on local commercial projects; a proven track record in retail design or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong technical design skills and an eye for detail throughout the design‑build lifecycle.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (both are preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation: £48,000 per annum plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
