We are working with a London-based Interior design agency to help find them an IT Support (Mac OS) specialist, someone with a couple of years IT support experience, who will help to ensure the smooth running of all the agency’s IT systems and report in to the IT Manager.

This role will have a broad focus and includes the following:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software (Mac OS), and network issues.
  • Setup and maintain new and existing users, ensuring that all workstations are running the most up to date software.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment (including cabling, VPN, Firewalls and WiFi networks).
  • Support routine system updates, backups, and security protocols.
  • Research and purchase computer equipment for the office, keeping tabs on IT expenditure.
  • Ensure IT, technology policies and document templates/formatting are adhered to throughout the studio.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies, research technology solutions and make recommendations on improvements.
  • Help users get the most out of their software throughout the agency, including helping to run workshops and other training programmes.

Applicants must have a background in supporting IT for a Mac OS environment, be proficient in using Apple products, have excellent knowledge of Office 365 and Adobe Creative apps and above all be detail focused, reliable, confident, and eager to learn.
