Job Description
We’re working with a highly regarded, independently owned integrated design agency known for delivering standout creative across the retail, technology, and lifestyle sectors. With an impressive client roster and a shelf full of industry awards, they’ve built a reputation for bold, effective, and beautifully crafted brand communications.
As a hands-on Creative Director, you’ll work closely with the Executive Creative Director to define and drive the visual direction of projects across brand experiences, e-commerce, integrated campaigns, and social activations. You’ll take a hands-on approach to developing concepts, leading shoots, crafting standout visuals, and guiding a talented, multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional creative work.
We’re seeking an individual with a proven track record of leading art direction across brand communications, particularly in the fashion, retail, or health and beauty sectors. You’ll be a confident team leader and mentor, passionate about developing others and pushing creative standards. Your eye for detail will be impeccable, with top-tier layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
Strategically aware and commercially savvy, you’ll also collaborate with strategy and account teams to shape work that not only looks beautiful but delivers real impact. You’ll be client-facing, articulate, and able to represent the agency with authority and enthusiasm.
From in-store communications and packaging to content for social campaigns, promotions, photography, and broader brand strategy, you’ll bring a passion for design and a flair for visual excellence across every output.
