On behalf of our client, a thriving and expanding interior architecture and design consultancy based in Manchester and London, we are seeking out a dynamic Associate Interior Designer to join their team on a permanent basis. Moving away from traditional, trend-driven aesthetic approaches, this studio moves towards more of a fully embodied, human-centered and multi-sensory experience in their design method.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for deliverables and maintaining the highest standards of design quality and ensuring consistency across all outputs. You will be overseeing multiple projects simultaneously whilst leading a talented team of designers, providing valuable feedback and ongoing support.

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Designer with a strong portfolio of large and medium scale projects and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of design principles, processes, tools, and the latest industry trends. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential to succeed in this role.
