3D Generalist (Motion Design Focus) – Manchester | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
We’re looking for a 3D Generalist with a strong motion design focus to join one of Manchester\’s most exciting creative studios. Known for producing distinctive, design-led work for global brands, this team thrives on collaboration, craft, and pushing boundaries in visual storytelling.
As part of the 3D & Motion team, you’ll work across modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation, bringing ideas to life in ways that are bold, original, and beautiful.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building detailed 3D models and environments
- Applying textures, lighting, and rendering for stunning results
- Animating assets with a focus on fluid motion design and narrative
- Blending 3D into wider motion content seamlessly
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in Cinema 4D or Blender (ideally both)
- Strong After Effects skills for compositing & motion
- An eye for design, detail, and animation principles
- A passion for experimentation and learning new tools
Bonus points if you know:
- Substance, Marvelous Designer, Unreal Engine
