Are you a Care Assistant or similar, looking for a local, stable, nights-based role within North Somerset, where your rota'd nights are paid whether you are called out or on standby?
Network Healthcare is a nationwide care provider. We are currently looking to expand our waking nights team across North Somerset. This is a 4-night-per-week role. You will be rota'd to work 10pm to 7am and must be prepared to travel to clients' homes across North Somerset if required. You will not always be called out on your rota'd nights, but when you are not called out, you will still receive standby pay. You will be notified of any call-out no later than 7pm on your rota'd night. When you are called out, you will be paid the full waking night rate.
We have excellent opportunities for training and development, including the opportunity to start or complete a free NVQ in Health and Social Care. This role would suit someone with a background in care who is looking for a stable nights-based role and is happy to travel to clients' homes across North Somerset when required.
