Working week-on week-off (on-call) with local visiting rounds in Bristol (commutable from Filton, Yate, Thornbury, Severn Beach, Kingswood, and surrounding areas).
Are you a Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant looking for a local stable, days based role with plenty of overtime? In this role, you will complete 45+ hours during your on-call week and will have the option to do reduced, or zero hours, during your week on, essentially working week on week off.
We offer a comprehensive on-the-job training programme which will include:
- Shadowing current Team Leaders to see how they deal with different scenarios.
- Support with conducting spot checks and client reviews.
- Support with training new starters out in the community.
- NVQ training up to level 5.
Network Healthcare is a well-established homecare provider in the South Gloucestershire area and is proud to pay staff full pay for travel time, gaps in your rounds, and all client cancellations. We run two shifts each day: 7am - 2pm / 4pm - 10pm, although shift times can vary. Full-time hours + plenty of overtime + every other weekend.

- Assist the Coordinators to cover shifts when on call.
