Network Aviation Group heads up a group of two dozen wholly owned and inter-related aviation businesses. Originally formed in 1985 the Network Aviation Group now spans five continents. We offer a variety of sales and services to client airlines, as well as managing a fleet of freighter aircraft on a network of scheduled routes and charters throughout the world.
The Role
The Operations Officers make up the core of flight operations team and are essential to the smooth and efficient running of the operations department. From providing excellent customer service through to booking in and planning flights, the operations team are required to be flexible and dynamic and must portray a helpful and can-do attitude to our clients, suppliers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 24/7 cover for all operational directions and queries
- Fully understanding mission requirements and setting up flights as required
- Implementing recovery plans in the event of delays, AOG’s etc
- Accurately complete company flight logs and post flight data
- Effectively contributing to procedures and other documents
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in Commercial and Customer Service teams to solve complex flight problems and find solutions
- Other reasonable work-related requests as directed by the Line Manager

- Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment
- Must be legally eligible to live and have unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom
- Must live locally or be able to commute as the role is office based
- Available for shift work (12 hour day and night shifts)
