Overview
Network Aviation Group heads up a group of two dozen wholly owned and inter-related aviation businesses. Originally formed in 1985 the Network Aviation Group now spans five continents. We offer a variety of sales and services to client airlines, as well as managing a fleet of freighter aircraft on a network of scheduled routes and charters throughout the world.
The Role
The Operations Assistant is a junior, entry level role which forms a part of the Network Airline Management Operations Team, and supports the duty Operations Officers with administrative tasks, basic data management and other office based duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Department;
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate departments;
- Answering and filing emails;
- Updating contact lists and maintaining departmental spreadsheets;
- Accurately complete company flight logs and post-flight data;
- Other reasonable work-related requests as directed by the Line Manager
Your Profile
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment
- Must be legally eligible to live and have unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom
- Must live locally or be able to commute as the role is office based
- Available for 37.5 hours per week with flexibility for shift work (12 hour day and night shifts)
