Introduction / Overview: As part of our continued growth & expansion we are currently recruiting for a Store Person to play a key role in our business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team. The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and report directly to the Branch Manager.
Job summary / Role and Responsibilities:
- Goods inwards - goods offload, check/verify against paperwork.
- Upload checked order/maintain digital records.
- Put away of goods to correct location.
- Goods out accurately picking & checking customer orders.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, efficient store.
- Maintaining shelf displays.
- Sending orders by courier.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested by Branch Manager.
- Comply with Company policy; wearing PPE, following Health and Safety.
- A team player-capable of working alone or as part of a team.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Store Experience in warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills and highly literate.
- Attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria:
- Forklift licence (counterbalance training can be provided).
