Overview
We are looking to recruit on a permanent basis an experienced Paint Technician for a well established & independent manufacturer approved Accident Repair Centre. This award winning and highly respected centre within the industry uses a dynamic approach combining all the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology valuing quality over speed. Recognising the importance of employee work life balance & safety promoting a one team culture.
Responsibilities
- Vast experience in prep & paint essential.
- Maximise productivity to ensure workload is completed accurately in a timely manner.
- Deliver the highest standards of quality and workmanship following recognised manufacturer methods.
- Ability to work under pressure independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- All health and safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to within the workshop.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all modern paint technology and process\\\’s.
- Attend in-house and manufacturer training.

Benefits
In addition to annual salary a team bonus scheme is in place.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8.00am – 4.30pm.
Friday: 8.00am – 4.00pm.
39.5 Hrs per week.
Overtime available.
Requirements
A full driving license and CV will be required.
