HGV Technician

We are looking to recruit a HGV Technician on a permanent basis for a well-established Truck Dealership with over 40 years of expertise in the commercial vehicle market.

The ideal candidate would have a passion for commercial vehicles, a strong work ethic, and be a team player who can work independently within the current workshop team, which is hardworking, friendly, and experienced with positive attitudes.

Role Requirements:

• Hold a full driving license.
• Hold LV3 Qualification (City and Guilds – NVQ or Equivalent) related to Commercial Vehicles.
• Experienced in diagnosing, servicing, and maintenance & repair of LCVs and HGVs.
• Possess own set of hand tools.
• Willing to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Support and act as a mentor to apprentices.
• Ensure that vehicles are to DVSA standards.

Working hours are Monday – Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours + overtime and an expectation of 4 hours working on alternate Saturday mornings.
