About The Company

Our client is a specialist contractor delivering commercial door installation and security door solutions across the UK. They work with a range of major clients across commercial, public sector and secure environments, managing projects from manufacture through to installation. With a strong and growing project pipeline, the business operates with an experienced operations and site delivery team, coordinating installations nationwide while maintaining a strong focus on quality, programming and client delivery.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join the team at their office. This role will take overall responsibility for coordinating multiple door installation contracts, ensuring works are programmed effectively and delivered in line with client requirements and agreed timelines. You will work closely with the internal team to schedule installations, manage programmes, coordinate site managers and ensure the correct resources are allocated across live projects. The role is primarily office based, focusing on programming, coordination and contract management, although occasional travel to London may be required if needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple door installation contracts from planning through to completion
  • Set and manage key project timelines and client delivery dates
  • Schedule and programme installation works with the internal team
  • Coordinate with the operations team on installation schedules and site requirements
  • Delegate and manage site managers across active projects
  • Ensure installations are completed in line with client specifications
  • Monitor overall project progress and contract delivery
  • Maintain clear communication between office, site teams and clients

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within construction
  • Background managing contracts, programmes or multiple projects
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with site staff and clients
  • Experience with doors is beneficial but not essential

Education

A construction related degree would be beneficial
