About Talent Solutions
Talent Solutions is an innovative new division of Caval which provides a range of services to clients including talent co-ordination, direct sourcing, MSP, RPO and executive search. As part of our continued growth, we\’re looking for someone to lead our relationship and sales pipeline within the UK construction market for RPO and MSP solutions.
This role will build on an outstanding track record within the North and Midlands to form strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, civil engineering and asset owners and ultimately secure new contracts spanning MSP and RPO services.

What You\’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify, target, and secure new RPO clients within the UK construction sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., HR Directors, Operations Directors, Managing Directors) within target construction companies.
  • Articulate and evangelise the unique value proposition of our disruptive RPO service, clearly demonstrating its benefits over traditional recruitment methods.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification through to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Collaborate closely with our service delivery and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and to refine our offering based on market feedback.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities to continuously enhance our sales approach.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business as we scale.
