Experience
- At least 3-5 years' experience in operations, procurement, or materials management within aggregates, bulk earthworks, or waste/recycling sectors
- Demonstrable experience managing suppliers, budgets, and stock levels
- Exposure to regulatory compliance, quality, and safety management systems
- Proven experience in procurement, stock management, and materials handling
