We are seeking to fill the following position:An inspirational and child-centred EYFS Lead Teacher for one of our Reception classes with responsibility for leading our Reception and Nursery classes from January 2027.
We are searching for a teacher who:
- Is nurturing, creative and passionate about learning, whilst being flexible and committed to contributing to all aspects of school life;
- Has an in-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum;
- Is a leader who can contribute positively to the further success of all children in our school;
- Adopts creative approaches to learning and is able to secure high quality outcomes;
- Has very high expectations and standards of teaching, inclusion, pupil achievement and behaviour;
- A team player with a 'can do attitude' who puts the children of Nettleworth first;
- Has a track record of delivering clear impact within their classes and areas of subject leadership;
- Displays the ability to create an excellent learning environment;
- Forms and develops positive, professional relationships with our parents
