The Pension and Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of pension and benefits plans globally, ensuring compliance, governance, and effective communication. The role involves supporting plan administration, the integration of new plans, and contributing to continuous process improvements. It aims to deliver a customer-centric service while ensuring employee engagement and adherence to statutory and operational standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of DC and DB pension and benefit plans globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
  • Address employee queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate completion of enrolments, cancellations, and changes.
  • Ensure accurate processing of employee/employer contributions and premiums on time, maintaining a smooth experience.
  • Manage membership data reconciliation and maintain accurate records across pension providers, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Coordinate IAS19 accounting exercises and liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate membership information for actuaries.
  • Support the creation and delivery of communication plans and financial wellbeing activities.
  • Track and process pension/benefit-related invoices, maintaining up-to-date records of budgets and actual costs.
  • Stay current with legislative changes, market trends, and pursue professional development opportunities.
  • Support the integration of pension and benefits plans for newly acquired businesses, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with global standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pension and benefits processes, ensuring they align with the global reward strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date global pension/benefits summaries and associated documentation to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of benefits statements, annual pension increases, and ensure accurate filing of pensions documentation.
  • Ensure all cyclical tasks and periodic reporting (e.g., pension increases, benefits reviews) are completed in a timely manner.
