We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Global People Operations Manager to lead our service delivery team and optimize processes, ensuring that People Operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of People/HR operations, compliance requirements, and strong leadership abilities to drive success across the organization.

Location: Birmingham (hybrid)

How will you make an impact?

  • Develop and implement a global people operations strategy that optimizes processes and systems, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while supporting our digital first approach.
  • Lead the global People Operations team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Partner with People Partners and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Integrate the people process and colleagues from acquired organisations into our People Operating Model.
  • Monitor and report on people operations metrics, including efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Develop and manage the people operations budget, ensuring effective cost management and efficient use of resources.

  • Proven delivery record in a similar role, with a track record of success in managing HR/people operations, ideally in a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of people operations best practices, compliance requirements, and effective leadership strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Has a growth mindset with the ability to successfully navigate complexity and understand what it takes to be successful in different contexts.
