About the role

We are recruiting for Business Support roles based in Edinburgh, supporting our global seafood and supply assurance operations.

These are operational support roles working closely with technical, accreditation, and delivery teams and will involve regular interaction with international clients, auditors, and stakeholders.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supporting audit and certification activity
  • Liaising with clients, auditors, and internal teams
  • Managing documentation, schedules, and operational data
  • Supporting delivery, reporting, and accreditation processes
  • Fluent English and Spanish – both written and spoken. This is essential due to the volume of work and client engagement across Spanish‑speaking markets.
  • These roles sit within a specialist global team, so attention to detail, organisation, and confidence working across cultures are important.
  • Prior experience in certification, audit support, supply chain, or professional services environments is advantageous, but language capability is the priority.
