The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

Responsibilities

  • To undertake assessments against one or more of the Utility business sector schemes and those that are managed by other LRQA businesses, including but not limited to: National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS), Northern Power Grid Site Audits, Build Offsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS), Asset Management standard ISO55001 and PAS128 Underground Utility Detection.
  • To perform complex remote and on site assessments within agreed broad parameters that include budget constraints and contractual requirements.
  • To produce the report of the assessment within the agreed broad parameters in an appropriate format and take responsibility to review and monitor other employee’s work as requested.
  • To discuss/present the outcome of the assessment with the external client at a senior level and be able to suggest alternative solutions where appropriate.
  • Undertake routine administration as required in line with current processes and procedures.
  • To assess/recommend the time/value of the work to be undertaken for an external client within an agreed fee/cost structure and within the commercial aspects of the contract and issue quotations where appropriate.
  • To pursue CPD and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards.
  • To develop technically other employees, as appropriate, to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
  • To contribute to internal/external client management as appropriate by acting as point of contact to effectively manage client and LRQA relationships.
  • To make recommendations based on external client feedback to assist in service delivery improvement and to help build the business.
  • To undertake project management where applicable including monitoring project progress and spend against budget and contract requirements.
