About the role: As the PMO Lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing, managing, and continuously improving the Project Management Office (PMO) function within our Professional Services team. You will be responsible for driving project governance, resource planning, portfolio oversight, reporting, and operational excellence across all customer projects. You will lead a team of Project Coordinators, ensuring the successful delivery of projects through robust processes, effective resource management, risk control, and stakeholder engagement.
