About the role: As a Project Administrator, you play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects, with a strong focus on scheduling and coordination. You take ownership of engineer scheduling and resource planning, ensuring the right people are in the right place, at the right time, with the right equipment. By maintaining clear, accurate schedules and proactively coordinating changes, you enable engineers to work efficiently and minimise downtime. Alongside this, you ensure project documentation, communication, and reporting are well organised and kept up to date, allowing the wider project team to operate smoothly and deliver consistently for customers.
