Role Description
The Field Services Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Newbury, providing hands‑on technical support and services to clients.
In this role, the engineer will visit customer locations to install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring minimum downtime and optimal performance.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting work completed.

Qualifications
