The Enterprise Account Executive will develop relevant C-Suite relationships and influence target organizations to purchase NetSPI cyber security offerings while being the primary point of contact and relationship manager for NetSPI's current and prospective clients.
Responsibilities- Develop new clients through existing relationships, personal lead generation, social selling activities, and other company-sponsored programs in identified target markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Drive sales of PTaaS solutions by identifying and nurturing potential leads to fill the sales pipeline.
- Use sales data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
- Set and consistently work towards sales targets and quotas through prioritising tasks, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting deadlines.
- Generate significant sales activity on a weekly basis to drive acceptable performance.
- Handle rejection and setbacks with persistence and maintain a positive attitude.
- Understand the target market, industry trends, and competitors to tailor sales approaches and attend industry-related events.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
- Identify customer pain points and align NetSPI solutions.
- Perform other relevant duties as necessary or assigned.
- 5+ years of selling experience, with experience selling in the cybersecurity space required.
- Experience developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Demonstrable understanding of MEDDICC or other relevant sales qualification frameworks and methodologies.
- The ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and successfully close deals.
- High competence in relationship development and the use of those relationships to help clients gain the value of NetSPI's offerings.
- In-depth understanding of the product or service being sold to address customer inquiries and demonstrate value.
- Proficiency with CRM software, sales automation tools, and relevant technology.
- Effective verbal and written communication to convey service value and negotiate terms.
