Overview

As Channel Sales Director for UKI & NEUR, you will lead a high-performing channel team to accelerate revenue through partners such as GSIs, VARs, MSSPs, and distributors. You will design and own the two-tier GTM distribution strategy, cultivate executive-level partner relationships, and drive regional revenue growth. This role blends strategic planning, partner enablement, and cross-functional leadership to scale Netskope’s partner-driven business. You will connect regional goals to global strategy and shape the partner program for lasting impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a regional channel account team across UKI & Northern Europe to drive new business, displacement, managed services, and resale.
  • Develop and execute a partner-focused business plan with distributors, VARs, GSIs, and MSSPs, owning the distribution strategy in a two-tier GTM.
  • Build long-term partner relationships to sustain growth and maximize revenue across the region.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, presales, services) to implement enablement and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and manage performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Engage with partner executives at C-level to transform transactional partnerships into strategic collaborations.

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience managing large partner networks and global partnerships with distributors and MSSPs.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution in go-to-market programs with regional and global partners.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive results through virtual teams and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in direct and partner sales models, including MSSP motions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
