- Experience with ConnectWise Manage & ConnectWise Automate
- Deep proficiency in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure administration
- High proficiency in PowerShell; experience with Rewst preferred (or ability to adopt new technology)
- Strict adherence to compliance frameworks, knowledge of Cyber Essentials, understanding of ISO 27001
- Knowledge of networking (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls)

- Experience with Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager
- Eligibility for UK Eyes Only Security Clearance (SC/DV)
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex escalated tickets involving Windows Server, networking, and cloud environments
- Use PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks, deployment workflows, and reporting
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 standards and internal cybersecurity policies
- Maintain and optimize core stack tools including ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, and Remote Desktop Manager
- Build and maintain automation workflows using Rewst to enhance service delivery
