We are looking for an experienced HGV / Commercial Parts Advisor to join our busy Carlisle branch. You’ll be supporting trade customers, workshops, and fleet operators by supplying the correct commercial vehicle parts quickly and accurately, helping to minimise vehicle downtime.

Location: Carlisle

Hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm/ 8.00am - 4:30pm, Every other Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and supply HGV / commercial vehicle parts
  • Support trade, workshop, and fleet customers
  • Process orders, returns, and invoices
  • Source parts quickly from suppliers
  • Maintain accurate stock control

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in HGV / commercial vehicle parts (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts systems (desirable)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence (clean preferred)
  • Basic IT skills
