You will drive revenue growth, deepen partnerships with OEMs such as Cisco, HPE, DELL, and open new business opportunities across priority regions (UAE, KSA, UK). This role is responsible for leading strategic account management, business development, pipeline expansion, with primary responsibility of expanding NETS business by working closely with OEM Enterprise and Professional Services teams, leveraging existing relationships. The candidate will generate and close new OEM business and will work cross-functionally with NETS Regional Sales teams, including solution architects, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Pipeline & OEM Business Growth:
- Hunt and qualify new business opportunities focused on OEM enterprise solutions (ACI, ISE, SD-WAN, Meraki, Umbrella, Aruba, Automation & DevOps).
- Cultivate existing relationships & tap into scope based PS/CX services business.
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing strategic accounts.
- Grow OEM pipeline by 3x and close $1m+ in net new bookings within 12 months.
- Provide input on product marketing, roadmap, and GTM strategies relevant to Cisco.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships within OEM teams in UAE, KSA, UK.
- Conduct weekly touchpoints with Cisco/HPE/DELL regional teams to align on joint pipeline and strategic pursuits.
- Support regional Sales in client engagement, presentations and solution positioning.
- Ensure smooth communication between NETS, OEM and customers to reduce friction, remove roadblocks and streamline engagements.
- Own OEM P&L tracking, gap analysis, and forecasting vs. quarterly targets.
- Deliver weekly reports on pipeline, meetings, status, blockers, and next steps.
- Support quarterly business reviews with Cisco and internal leadership.
