Sales Manager – Digital Solutions & Managed IT Services
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling Managed IT Services to the SMB segment in the UK. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic sales plans to drive the growth of our Managed IT Services and NETS Digital Solutions portfolios
- Manage IT Services (Verticals: Education, SMB, & White Label)
- NETS In-House Products & Services (MonetX, GreenX, Service Desk, Help Desk, NOC, & Automation Consulting)
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the enterprise sectors
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, effectively navigate complex sales cycles, and secure new customers
- Provide technical guidance and solution-based selling to address customer challenges and requirements
- Collaborate closely with the pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Qualifications and Experience
- 4-8 years of successful sales experience in the UK technology industry, preferably with experience and exposure to Managed IT Services selling, network monitoring, automation, or related solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate complex solutions into tangible business value for customers
- Established relationships and extensive network within the UK Telco, ISP, and enterprise sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and adapt to changing market dynamics
- Willingness to go the extra mile to expand the business reach and acquire new customers
