  • Knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to review technical documents and inspection reports.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting the NPI process by conducting FAIRS and reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Owning parts through the entire production cycle, from initial concept to final manufacture, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Performing detailed inspections and audits on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes and reduce defects.
  • Supporting supplier quality activities and conducting supplier audits when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, particularly in aerospace and power & energy sectors.

Benefits

  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
  • These include a competitive salary of Β£50,000 per annum, a bonus scheme, and a salary sacrifice pension plan.
  • Employees also receive life assurance, sick pay, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Our flexible work environment and supportive company culture foster a positive workplace where individuals can thrive.
  • Additional benefits include access to ongoing training and development opportunities, employee assistance programs, and participation in company events and initiatives aimed at promoting work-life balance.
