About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Analyst to join our specialised People Systems team. This hybrid role, based in Nuneaton or Oxford, offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in our global HR technology landscape. As a key technical anchor, you will work alongside a team of experts to optimise and scale our People Systems, primarily focusing on the Dayforce platform. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our HR systems are robust, secure, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This position is not just about routine maintenance; it involves leveraging technology to propel the business forward, ensuring our solutions are future‑proof and capable of supporting our global operations. You will act as a bridge between technical delivery and strategic planning, ensuring seamless integration, system stability, and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in HR systems and technical support, ideally with experience in Dayforce configuration and management. Benefits
