We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented HRIS & Global Human Resource Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our HRIS system, supporting global payroll operations, and delivering high-quality HR generalist support, with a strong emphasis on the UK. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Rippling, a solid understanding of global HR practices, and a proactive, team-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities- HRIS Management (Rippling)
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Rippling HRIS platform
- Manage system configuration, workflows, integrations, and data integrity
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve system utilization and automate processes
- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across all regions
- Coordinate and support end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries, with a focus on the UK
- Partner with finance and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery
- Maintain knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and employment laws
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance documentation as needed
- Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management)
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and HR best practices
- Support policy development, updates, and implementation
- Partner with managers to address employee concerns and drive engagement
- Work closely with People Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
- 8+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related field
- Proven hands-on experience administering Rippling HRIS (required)
- Experience supporting global payroll processes, including the UK
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience across multiple functional areas
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting additional international regions beyond the UK
- Familiarity with HR compliance frameworks and audits
- Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven organization
