Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Business Operations to oversee end-to-end operational processes across order management, reporting, and logistics coordination. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability while working closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Maintain high data integrity across Salesforce and ERP systems
- MIS & Reporting
- Develop and manage operational dashboards and reports
- Provide insights on KPIs and performance to support decision-making
- 3PL & Logistics Coordination
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners
- Ensure efficient warehousing, shipping, and delivery operations
- Monitor and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Process Optimisation
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Drive automation initiatives and best practices
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Success teams
- Act as an escalation point for operational issues
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business operations, order management, logistics, or quote-to-cash functions
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle management
- Proven knowledge of quote-to-cash processes (CPQ, billing, revenue flow)
- Experience managing operations at scale
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite), and MIS reporting tools
- Strong experience in 3PL operations and vendor management
- Demonstrated ability in vendor negotiation and performance management
- Track record of process improvement and automation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across functions
- Excellent problem-solving skills in real operational environments
