The Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a versatile Support Engineer with some experience in technical support. You should have an interest in technology, the ability to troubleshoot is essential, and a good understanding of customer service.
Evaluate and prioritise customer support cases.
Build and develop strong customer relationships.
Troubleshoot and resolve support queries.
Ensure that all SLAs are met.
Provide support and assistance to all Netpremacy staff.
Skills Required:

Motivation to learn new skills and technology.
Good time management skills.
Complex problem solving.
Desired but not essential (achievable in role):
Working knowledge of G Suite Apps and Admin console.
G Suite Administrator Certification.
