Netpremacy Global Services is looking for a talented individual to support product and sales operations with professionalism and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Managing and hosting sprints for our services teams (SaaS, Engineering, and Customer Success), including planning for sprint meetings, monitoring task progression, and posting status updates.
- Content validation for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Managing services backlogs, including qualification and validation of new ideas alongside the respective head of department.
- Attending project retros and managing existing solution development.
- Assisting with product builds, where appropriate.
- Facilitating the Google Workspace alpha programme within Netpremacy, ensuring alpha features are tested and feedback is provided.
- Sharing and reviewing the Google roadmap and feature releases.
- Coordinating team-specific activities for product maintenance, innovation, and launches.
- Keeping updated on Google announcements and disseminating information through the teams.
- Submitting new deals, managing funding requests, and staying on top of incentive availability.
- Tracking and monitoring core partnership requirements, such as credential, expertise, specialisations, and delivery readiness.
