Full-time, 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday
Experience: 5–7 years
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Works closely with: Digital Marketing Manager, Performance & B2B Partnerships Manager

About the role:
We’re on the hunt for a Campaign & Communications Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. This is a role for someone who’s part planner, part storyteller, and all-in on execution. You won’t just be ticking boxes, you’ll be connecting dots across teams, channels, and content types to make sure our campaigns run smoothly, land impactfully, and sound like us. From building go-to-market kits to crafting scroll-stopping social content and customer-focused stories, you’ll be a central part of how we show up, sell, and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination
Own the orchestration of day-to-day marketing and sales campaigns across social, email, web, and more. You’ll keep things moving and the team aligned.

Content Creation
Write and adapt compelling content that brings our message to life, including blog posts, case studies, social captions, landing pages, and sales letters. Clear, human, and always on-brand.

GTM & Sales Enablement
Partner with the Performance & B2B Partnerships Manager to support launches by creating assets that help our commercial teams sell smarter, think launch kits, FAQs, battlecards, and other key tools.

Social Media Support
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage and schedule social content, ensuring it reflects our brand voice and business priorities.

Creative Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and agencies to turn campaign ideas into beautifully executed realities.

Project Management
Keep timelines tight and tasks on track. You’ll be the glue between stakeholders and a pro at making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign management
  • Hands-on experience managing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills from social posts to long-form content
  • Strong multitasking and organisational abilities; you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Great stakeholder management and internal networking skills, people enjoy working with you
  • A creative and bold mindset, not afraid to pitch new ideas or challenge the norm
  • Solid understanding of digital channels and how they work together in campaigns
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CMS, scheduling, project management, etc.)
  • Telecom or alternative network (Alt-Net) experience is a big plus (but we’re open to rockstars from other industries too)
