About the Role
You will be the brand's first contact with residents in our new build areas. Your role involves informing residents about upcoming building work and our ultrafast fibre network. You will collect contact details to keep residents updated on progress and when their home is live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage confidently with residents at their doors or at local events.
- Capture resident contact details to understand broadband preferences.
- This is a field-based role; a driving license and local knowledge are preferred.
- Work towards weekly and monthly team conversation targets.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Must have a full driving license.
- Enjoys conversations with new people.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or field sales is preferred but not essential.
- Good knowledge of local areas.
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
