About the Role: You will be the first contact for residents in new build areas. Your role involves informing residents about upcoming building work and our ultrafast fibre network. You will collect contact details to keep residents updated on progress and service availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage confidently with residents at their doorstep and at local events.
- Follow the build program to ensure community awareness.
- Capture resident contact details and encourage network adoption post-installation.
- Drive and have good local area knowledge.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for conversations and conversions.
- Travel to locations such as Bristol, Filton, and Bath as needed.
Skills and Requirements:
- Full driving license required.
- Enjoy engaging with new people.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or field sales is preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Good knowledge of local areas.
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and strong work ethic.
