We’re looking for a confident, creative Social Media Manager to lead the creation and performance of standout video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. You’ll be hands‑on in creating content every day while also owning the performance, strategy and continuous improvement of everything we publish. Working from our London studio, you’ll produce a mix of emotional and funny vox pops, stylish celebrity interviews, and engaging podcast content, built for both short‑form and long‑form platforms. You’ll also be responsible for understanding what works, why it works, and how we do more of it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation & Production
    • Plan, create and publish social‑first video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
    • Produce short‑form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long‑form YouTube content
    • Film and produce vox pops (emotional, funny, relatable) in‑studio and on location
    • Lead and host modern, stylish celebrity interviews
    • Record and produce podcast content (including video podcasts for YouTube)
    • Appear on camera when needed and act as a confident face/voice of content
    • Optimise content for each platform (hooks, pacing, thumbnails, captions, retention)
  • Performance & Strategy
    • Analyse content performance across all platforms (views, engagement, watch time, shares, retention)
    • Identify patterns in what is working, and what isn’t, and translate insights into action
    • Continuously refine content formats, hooks, and storytelling based on data
    • Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them in a way that fits a parenting audience
    • Help shape the wider content strategy based on audience behaviour and performance insight
  • Community & Brand Representation
    • Support community engagement across comments, DMs and audience interactions
    • Represent the brand at events, including hosting, interviewing or speaking when required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience creating and managing video content for social platforms
  • Experience with YouTube content (including understanding of retention, thumbnails and titles)
  • Comfortable filming, directing and producing content in a studio environment
  • Proven ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into content decisions
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube trends
  • Confident on camera and comfortable engaging with contributors, guests and the public
  • Strong storytelling ability with a clear sense of what performs on social
  • Experience conducting celebrity interviews or working with talent
  • Podcast production experience (especially video podcasts for YouTube)
  • Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)
  • Experience in parenting, lifestyle or digital publishing
  • Community management experience
