Are you ready to take charge of our supplier relationships and drive excellence in procurement and supply chain operations? We’re looking for a dedicated Procurement and Supplier Relationship Lead who will ensure seamless management of procurement processes, uphold high standards in supplier performance, and deliver precision in every action. This role demands a proactive, independent problem solver who not only manages detailed actions from purchase order to invoicing but also maintains superior data quality and robust account management across our projects.
Your Mission
- Drive Seamless Supplier Engagement: Take full ownership of the relationships with all project suppliers—including installation partners and general vendors—ensuring clear communication and successful collaboration.
- Ensure Excellence in Procurement: Oversee the end-to-end procurement processes, from creating purchase orders and planning to delivery, shipment, and invoicing, ensuring each transaction is executed to perfection.
- Uphold Quality & Compliance: Manage warranty processes, enforce flow down requirements (such as health & safety, GDPR, ISO 27001, and onboarding tasks), and hold suppliers accountable for delivering contractual obligations.
- Optimize Supply Chain Operations: Forecast and manage the supply of goods, pre-provision services on the NM portal, and guarantee data integrity for all installation services, ensuring overall project efficiency and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and nurture trusted relationships with all suppliers, ensuring alignment with project requirements and effective management and escalation of issues when needed.
- Procurement Operations: Lead the procurement of services and goods by managing purchase orders, scheduling deliveries, coordinating shipments, and processing invoicing for clients.
- Warranty & Change Management: Oversee the warranty process and coordinate with suppliers for future enhancements, changes, and issue resolution.
- Regulatory & Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor flow down requirements, ensuring compliance with health & safety, GDPR, ISO 27001 standards, and onboarding procedures.
- Supply Forecasting & Data Management: Accurately forecast supply needs, manage the NM portal for pre-provisioning services, and maintain high data quality for installation-related processes.

- Stakeholder & Account Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
- Procurement & Supply Chain Savvy: Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management that contributes to quality delivery and operational excellence.
- Attention to Detail & Quality Delivery: A meticulous approach to work with a commitment to delivering superior quality and holding suppliers to high standards.
