About Us: NetMind Life, a leading web-based longevity platform, is excited to announce our expansion into direct healthcare with the opening of our new longevity clinic located in the prestigious Harley Street medical district in London. To deliver longevity services tailored to a diverse range of client needs, we’re introducing our own premium line of supplements and innovative at-home testing kits to the market. Therefore, we are assembling a dynamic team dedicated to guiding our clients towards enhanced longevity and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle subsequent sales and promotional activities, including healthcare services, products, and supplements provided by the clinic.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with regulatory authorities, external collaborators, suppliers, and clients.
  • Support senior staff in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Actively contribute to marketing initiatives, promotional events, and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of regulatory processes, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience with wellness products are required, including prior involvement in regulatory processes and sales for supplements or at-home testing kits.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in the longevity industry is highly preferred.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Healthcare Management, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Studies, or related fields preferred.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to professional growth.
