The NetMind.AI team has been delivering all-in-one enterprise AI solutions, from consulting to implementation, since 2017 in the UK & US. Our unique advantage lies in our foundational technology: a distributed AI platform that has been empowering thousands of developers daily with GPUs, scalable inference, advanced agentic systems and MCP services. Combined with our renowned research publications, we ensure the latest AI technologies give you measurable returns within weeks, not months.

We're building a cloud-based multi-agent platform for the AI Agent era, where users can create, run, manage, and collaborate with multiple AI Agents, including coding, research, workflow, automation, and content agents. We believe the future of software isn't just tools. It's Agent systems that collaborate, execute, and work continuously. Our goal is to get people genuinely using multi-agent workflows, not just dabbling with AI.

What you'll do:

  • Research real AI Agent use cases. Dive deep into AI agents, workflows, and automation tools to understand how people actually use them, which workflows deliver real value, and how multi-agent collaboration fits in. Turn your findings into use cases, product proposals, and demos.
  • Participate in product design and iteration. Work directly with user feedback to contribute to feature discussions, user flow improvements, agent workflow design, and new scenario exploration. Your ideas have a real shot at making it into the product.
  • Create demos, tutorials, and content. Translate complex AI workflows into something people can actually understand — product demos, tutorials, use cases, short videos, and social media content.
  • Support community and user operations across Discord, Twitter/X, Rednote, WeChat, and LinkedIn.

What we're looking for:

  • You genuinely care about AI agents, workflows, and developer tools. You're a regular user of ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar. You like researching new products, you can organise and communicate ideas clearly, and you're comfortable with ambiguity in an early‑stage environment.
  • Bonus points if you've used Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Dify, Coze, OpenAI Agents, Zapier, or LangChain.
  • If you've made AI content, written tutorials, run a community, or have a basic grasp of APIs and cloud services.
  • Mandarin language is preferred.

What you get:

Real ownership from day one. You'll be part of building a product from scratch, working with genuine users and real use cases, and learning how an AI-native product grows. This is not a traditional ops role. We want builders who research workflows, experiment with tools, spot problems, and turn ideas into demos quickly.
