Some specifics of the role:
- Responsible to: The Head of Operations and Finance.
- Responsible for: Managing the ongoing administration tasks of the business, ensuring the business day to day accounting procedures are completed thoroughly.
Key Measurables:
- Consistently working to role's task list, ensuring tasks are completed in line with their required urgency and to a good standard.
- Daily tasks such as: bank reconciliation, approval of purchase invoices, checking receipt bank, inbox management, debt chasing, task list management, assisting with departmental KPIs.
- Weekly payment of Suppliers/expenses and P&L updates.
- Monthly tasks: End of month accounts prep, equipment hire for IT and Telecoms check, sending customer account statements, Equals card top-ups.
- Ad hoc tasks as required: reconciling accounts, dealing with invoice queries, customer specific requests, preparing and sending customer contract renewal estimates and Engagement Agreements, providing accounts support to the wider business.
- General duties to support the Operations Team for holiday cover and as required, such as: general reception duties, general business administration, taking deliveries, tidying communal areas.
