We are looking for a professional and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the next chapter of Netmatters' ongoing growth. As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a bank of clients, including customer communication and leading review meetings.
  • Build relationships with VIPs and key contacts, discuss opportunities for growth, and support onboarding for new clients.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, brand, and industry.
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure planned work aligns with client goals and objectives.
  • Be measured by KPIs such as client retention and client satisfaction scores, managed through our CRM.

Some specifics of the role:

At Netmatters, our Account Managers are invaluable members of the team. You will be responsible for account managing a bank of clients, which will include customer communication, leading review meetings, building relationships with VIPs and key contacts, discussing opportunities for growth, and playing a key part with new clients to ensure a seamless onboarding. As part of this role, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, brand, and industry. You will work with your Project Managers to ensure that planned works support your client's goals and objectives.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk. Following a successful probation period, working from a suitable home location may be permitted one day per week, provided all requirements of the company's policy are met. All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK.
