An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim SENDCO position in this innovative and ambitious school. As the numbers of children with SEND have increased in the mainstream school, the Governing Body is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly skilled teacher, or retired Head/SLT to join the inclusion team as the Interim SENDCO across mainstream (Yr1-6) and Woodlands. This role will collaborate with the current Interim Lead SENDCO (EYFS) and the Woodlands SEND team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching, is creative and hard working with excellent organisational and digital skills. This role will be based across the Netley mainstream (Yr1-6) initially for a 1 year fixed term contract, while the long term needs of the school are considered. MPS/UPS + SEND allowance & TLR2 Part‑time (ideally 3 days per week - can be negotiated depending on experience of candidates).
