Purpose of Position
To be the front line for the NetJets Sales organisation and the first point of contact for prospective clients. Prospecting and reaching out to potential Owners is key. Responsible for independent, proactive search for clients, cold calling, and qualifying individuals based on decision-making ability, financial capacity, and need/desire for NetJets' services.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Educate, consult, and advise prospective clients on private aviation and NetJets products, understanding their individual needs.
- Develop and present recommendations for product assessment, organise, follow up, and manage prospects in Salesforce.com.
- Evaluate and qualify customer opportunities through consultations and research, ensuring opportunities are viable for the company.
- Develop and execute segmentation strategies for potential Owners, uncover new business opportunities, and direct Sales VPs.
- Plan territory segmentation to optimise current opportunities and identify new prospects based on client location, industry needs, and city pairs.
- Organise efforts in Salesforce.com and define market segments for revenue growth.
- Advise Sales and Marketing on territory trends and developments.
- Handle inquiries from the NetJets website.
- Research and update prospect information in the database.
- Travel to industry events and meetings as needed.
