Purpose of Position

Provide an optimum level of comfort and service to passengers and form the link between the passengers and the flight crew while on board, in order to guarantee a personalised customer service with superior quality standards and professionalism from boarding to disembarking.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide optimum levels of comfort and service to passengers, through ready and efficient assistance and courtesy, guaranteeing the delivery of an exceptional customer service and providing relevant feedback to the Commander and related company departments.
  • Form the link between the passengers and the flight crew, whenever requested by the Commander, in order to ensure a high level of service.
  • Check catering and other onboard non-safety related equipment and immediately report deficiencies to the Commander, in order to ensure that the aircraft is in perfect condition.
  • Report any condition or event that might endanger the safety of the flight.
  • Ensure proper cleaning of the aeroplane’s cabin and re-stocking (if possible) between flights to guarantee that aircraft is properly prepared for next flights.

  • 3-5 years of experience as Inflight Service Representative or Cabin Crew in private aviation or extensive first class airline service.
  • Cabin Crew Medical Licence is preferred.
  • Cabin Crew attestation is preferred.
  • SEP (Safety Equipment and Procedures) Training is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required. Other language skills (Russian, German, Spanish, French, Italian) are preferred.
  • Valid EU passport without restrictions.
  • Familiar with aviation practices, legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to handle pressure in stressful situations, solution oriented.
