To be a trusted consultative partner to NetJets’ Owners. The Account Executive leverages their knowledge of the NetJets program along with a detailed understanding of their Owner’s needs to retain business, sell new aircraft and increase flight hours flown.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Retain business, sell new aircraft and increase flight hours flown; ensure that results are attained, if not exceeded.
  • Monitor economic trends, Owner flight history, and NetJets’ fleet plan to proactively offer Owner solutions for renewal, trading, adding-on and graduating from Card to Share; unearth referral opportunities.
  • Effectively manage timelines to address upcoming renewals and card expirations.
  • Use Salesforce.com to effectively track the progress of all opportunities, retention efforts and day-to-day owner meetings and communications; work with AE Manager on ad hoc reporting for senior management.
  • Familiarise with the NetJets program and its interworkings (i.e. billing, international travel, booking, etc.) and seek detailed program explanations from internal experts.
  • Be proficient in the technical aspects of aircraft and aviation and keep abreast of new product offerings and updates to internal policies.
  • Regularly communicate with the Owner via phone, e-mail, and in-person meetings to obtain feedback; use the feedback to lead discussions with internal team members to ensure Owners remain loyal to NetJets.
  • Stay informed of changes to Owner and Owner’s industry and address any changes with a solution-based approach; use strategies introduced through internal sales training to build consensus of NetJets’ value throughout multiple levels of Owner organisations.
  • Proactively monitor Owner flight activity to minimise and resolve service disruptions; communicate and champion NetJets’ value through service victories and upgrades.
  • Through research, analysis, and building of relationships, obtain a detailed understanding of the Owner’s needs and articulate how such needs and goals are achieved by NetJets products and services.
  • Effectively communicate any changes regarding the NetJets program to Owners; communicate to Owners about all regional Owner events and manage Owner attendance.
