The Digital & Media Marketing Lead is to execute the NetJets Europe offline and online media and CRM strategy across several platforms by working in close collaboration with external agencies and NetJets' HQ in Columbus, Ohio, with the objective of elevating the NetJets brand, encouraging brand engagement and conversion.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plans and executes all offline and online media activities including but not limited to web, CRM, SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with our HQ in the USA.
- Utilises strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Shares regular dashboards to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborates with internal teams to propose landing pages in several languages and optimise user experience.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimises spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Understands the behaviour and preferences of our customers and uses the information to communicate effectively with them throughout the customer lifecycle and encourage customer retention.
- Oversees reporting and insights that accurately assess the delivery and performance of each campaign and provides recommendations as to improve our mailing strategies.
- Manage and oversee responsibilities of the CRM & Digital Marketing Coordinator.
- Manage the mailing calendar strategy.
- Supervise the day to day running of the database and develops the database functionality in a way that supports the mailing campaigns.

- Bachelor's in Marketing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing offline and online marketing campaigns especially in relation to SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Cloud).
- Experience working with external and internal agencies, IT departments, sales team and cross functionality with people at all levels within the business.
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken). Knowledge of one or more European languages desired but not necessary.
