Net Jets Europe is seeking an Inside Sales Leader to guide a team of Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants toward achieving sales targets in the UK market.

You will work closely with the Manager, Inside Sales to drive revenue growth and align with Net Jets’ strategic goals.

You will coach the team on sales strategies, manage campaigns, and ensure data visibility via Salesforce dashboards.

Strong communication and 2–4 years’ leadership experience are required.
